Power Nap

When I originally began writing about Power Nap, I was attempting to address an issue involving a business. The fact that my work might ultimately help other people was just a bonus for me. My main motivation was to create a tool for my own benefit. Since it started, about eleven years had passed. My successful business, Acendex, which specializes in network technology, was listed among Ohio companies that are growing their operations the fastest. The majority of my staff members were ambitious young folks.  The availability of opportunities made them willing to work long hours. The males, who had stayed late to work on the installation of a new server, usually arrived back at work between 1:00 and 2:00 in the morning. That frequently occurred.  They then had to return to their desks in order to prepare to assist customers the following morning at 8:00.  It goes without saying that they were fatigued; in order to take advantage of the circumstance, they had to take a short break.

Natural brainwaves are used to create Power Nap.

One must first learn to tune in to the brainwave frequencies that take place during a "typical" three hours of sleep.  The data was essentially "smushed" to produce a 20-minute "Power Nap." I sat in my recliner, put on my headphones, and locked the door to my office. I felt an enormous sensation of peace come over me in what seemed like only a few minutes. The sensation that I was "tipping backwards" then overcame me. I noticed that as the night went on, I was slipping into a dreamy haze. I sat up from my workstation when the Power Nap recording was over and became aware that I had slept off.

I was alert, rested, and ready to take on the day; it felt like I had just come out of a deep slumber. Even though I was already overjoyed, I wanted to listen to the recording a few more times to be sure it was accurate. I quickly copied more copies onto CDs and gave them to my technical staff as soon as I noticed they did. I advised her to listen to the CD I had hidden in the rear if she ever felt tired again rather than grabbing a medicine or a beverage. To ascertain whether it has any value, conduct some research.
